Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, promotions or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

Free shipping promotions may apply on selected orders or during promotional periods.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days
  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Please note delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier network.


Authority to Leave

By default, orders may be left in a safe place if deemed appropriate by the delivery driver unless signature on delivery is requested.

If you require signature on delivery, please contact us before placing your order.


Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package/product (if applicable)
